I have lots of things I could blog about, like a new electric car, a work trip to Costa Rica, the StaffPlus conference I attended last week, or maybe trying to take the tip off my index finger (would absolutely not recommend). But I’m really excited right now in the most middle aged way because we got a new hob!
I’ve had swapping out the gas hob for an induction one on the list for a while. I’m trying to move us off gas entirely for environmental reasons. But the thing that finally pushed me over the edge? Cleaning the damned thing.
Yep. Laziness made me do it.
This is a Bosch plug and play induction hob, so we can’t use all four burners at full power at the same time. We don’t anticipate that this will be a problem, because we normally use a maximum of three and one tends to be on low. We’ll see how we go.
Now I just need to figure out replacing the heating… And maybe writing some of those other posts!
