The Oval in colour
I went back and painted yesterday’s picture. It gives a reasonable impression, although in not sure the groundsman would be thrilled with my interpretation of their carefully mown stripes!

Elephant balancing
Tidied up a bit, and added just a little more background. Not a lot. Clarkie set me up for this by taking a really nice picture, but I’m happy with how the watercolour worked out.

Unexpected Head
I was a bit startled walking around yesterday morning to find an Easter Island Head outside the TIWYA Club just around the corner from our hotel. I took a photo, but didn’t get back to it until today. The wood on the doors is fake. Those are stickers. No wonder the head looks so disapproving!
